Male Urinary/Bladder Infection - Clarithromycin right antibio? - male bladder infection

I had a suspicion or an infection of the urinary bladder for 3 weeks. I was prescribed a dose of 2 tablets of 500 mg of clarithromycin. They do not seem to have much effect - I still have a constant fever and malaise. The package seems to be objective, nose or throat or lung UI. I wonder if anyone else had these requirements for a user interface?
