We have until now it was like this yet, but maybe you were in this way. Is it normal that some foods can be considered as an alternative?

Vitex may help, but Clomid is probably the right way.
All kinds of herbs and vitamins. I've heard that Vitex (chaste tree) works, black cohosh, dong quai, and red raspberry leaf tea or tablets. but I hear more about Vitex than anything else. I take Clomid, this is my third month, it's not as bad as all that he does not say (at least for me, but everyone is different) good luck and baby dust !!!!!!!

Clomid is a man to develop drugs to an increase of hormones in the body that help to stimulate ovulation. Food does not contain chemical substances in Clomid. There are indications, in May, "said" of course, to stimulate ovulation, but you should ask your fertility specialist about it. If fertility not related to ovulation, Clomid will probably not be prescribed, but it can be prescribed for your husband, if the infertility has to do with his sperm. There are several reasons for the cause of infertility and many treatment options. Clomid is one of the options can only recommend a doctor.
I've never been a natural alternative to Clomid, but I'm in my third round of Clomid. I TTC for 14 months and I do not ovulate the first 11 months. When I start clomid, I ovulate the first months. I was lucky and had not one hit the hardest. I recommend that if you do not ovulate on their own.
Good luck and baby dust to you!
